CBD (Cnsltng-Bsnss-Dvlpmnt) is a strategic advisory and communications practice built on the premise that most organizations operating in public, institutional, and civic environments need more than a single-discipline provider can offer.

Our work draws on direct experience across international organizations, public institutions, policy environments, media and storytelling, strategic communications, and advocacy. We know how donor ecosystems function. We understand institutional decision-making. We have worked inside the organizations we now advise, and that shapes how we approach every engagement.

We are not a conventional communications agency. We are not a traditional consultancy. We occupy the space where strategic thinking, public narrative, stakeholder engagement, and practical execution meet. That space is where most important organizational challenges actually live.
